Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original condition with all tags attached, ensuring you include the provided packing slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
